When understanding arises, the mind is strong.There is no desire to understanding something;there is no aversion towards the experience;there is full interest in the experience.Prior to that, there's been continuous awareness. We've probably been watching whatever it is over and over again.
理解升起时，心是强大的。那时心中没有想要理解的愿望，对经验没有嗔恨却满是兴趣。但在此之前，需要持续的觉知。不论什么目标，我们或许已经一遍又一遍的观察过了。
个人注解：理解出现时，烦恼消失，这是一个美妙的境界，对错与否，需要我们亲自去验证。求证的过程就是不间断的觉知，研究一切可以研究的对象，贪嗔痴等等。
