I made some pork stew for dinner -- one of the easiest ways to cook: just throw some pork and ingredients into the pressure cooker and let it sit for one hour. After it's done, I took out the meat and expected it to be good as usual. It has always been so good, soft and almost melt in the mouth. I tasted it -- there was no salty flavor at all! Apparently I totally forgot to put before cooking. I had to add some soy sauce and of course salt, and let it continue cooking for a while. It turned out ok. Better late than never!
