We, ten people, who are from different countries, worked together ,which allowed us to express our own ideas and discuss about the use of drugs in different situations.
We visited the treatment center and sang and danced with the people who are in treatment.
This experience let me know that they are the same as all of us who have the right to live a happy life and receive the respect from everyone.
They also have religions to believe in and they have the talent to paint even create something brilliant.

The organization, Sumithrayo and Mel Medura is devoted to help the people who want to save themselves or get rid of the pressure. The normal people like us also can give a hand to these addict, listening to them and making friends with them.
And the day we went to another place, Health Lanka, we focused on the alcohol addiction.
Drinking alcohol is a common thing in China and I also heard that alcohol addiction can kill people. However it's never been a problem to us because of the history and culture in our country.
But there is no doubt that over-drinking will hurt our health and we should keep away from the drinking addiction.
Finally, I want to appreciate all the people I have met in Sri Lanka. And also I want to cherish my experience with all of the members in our project.
