.Because as the picture shows ,in many corners of the world,there are millions of people live in poor area which is rare with water food and other things.
Q3:as the picture shows ，the left side responds to needs. Needs is the basic requirement for us to survive ,it is necessary. The right side represent the needs ,it shows that when people has the basic resources for them to live ,they will pursuit the goods and services.
Q4:There are many Non-renewable resources in the world. Because its limited and Scarcity leads to uneven distribution of resources.共创学习2018.02.22
